Customer Support Advisor
£23,500 Plus Monthly Company Profit Bonus - £100 - £200 per month

Job Type:
Permanent, Full Time

Location:
Tamworth - Office Based

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) with an early finish on a Friday (5pm)

Duties & Responsibilities

Telephoning existing customers who are in arrears with their accounts
Building strong relationships with internal and external clients and customers
Taking payments over the telephone
Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts
Dealing with inbound general customer service queries regarding existing agreements

Skills and experience

Excellent communication skills ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS systems including Excel and Word
