Business Development Manager, to £40,000 plus bonus & benefits

We are a growing global recruitment agency coming to the UK, supplying a mixture of white, blue and executive personnel to various clients across the UK. Our mission is to make a difference to people's lives by delivering exceptional levels of service.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to head up our new London operation.

About you:


  • A minimum of 2 years business development experience
  • At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately and consistently under pressure
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills
  • Previous experience within the recruitment sector
  • Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients

About the role:


As Business Development Manager, you will undertake all aspects of growing the client base across the greater area in a range of disciplines.


On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Build rapport and gain trust from existing clients through a proactive approach to relationship development
  • Identify and actively pursue new potential clients using various sales activities including telephone calls/facetoface meetings
  • Work with the Branch Operations Manager, identifying and delivering a growth strategy across the short, medium and long term
