About the role:


AXA Global Healthcare are recruiting an Implementation and Sales Support Consultant to join the Sales & Distribution team and support the on-boarding of Large Corporate clients and assist in managing the day to day activity for the Distribution team enquiries.

You'll work part of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office.


What you'll be doing:


  • Manage positive business to business relationships with third parties to assist sales with opportunities operating in a complex compliance environment.
  • Support the onboarding process for new corporate business and have responsibility for the set up of each new group and building positive impression of AGH.
  • Maintain the Country Guidance database that represents the current risk appetite of our insurers.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships within the Sales and Marketing teams, GEO Teams, Compliance and Legal, Commercial, Finance and the wider business as required.
  • Provide backup to team members on other activities owned within the team.
  • Act at all times in a professional and compliant manner ensuring all regulatory, compliance and treating customers fairly requirements are met.

About you:


What we're looking for:


  • Large Corporate experience including onboarding of Large Corporate & TBP policies
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the corporate business environment
  • Working knowledge of the range of health insurance products available both from AXA Global Healthcare and in the marketplace
  • Customer focused with questioning and listening skills, coupled with communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Energetic, driven, motivated, focused and organised


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
