A brand new leading sports betting consultancy is looking for an experienced odds compiler/trader to join and expand our team and to deliver best-in-class football proposition across all business verticals.

The odds compiler/ trader will be responsible for overall trading prices and positioning with a view to maximise gross win.

• Deliver daily pricing on sporting events (football, basketball)
• Management of liability on all bets
• Management and creation of the lifecycle of football betting opportunities
• Make informed trading decisions in a timecritical environment
• Take the initiative with strategic activities important to the entire business
• Monitor pertinent football and basketball injury news and team news and adjust projections accordingly and accurately
• Manage risk and monitor projections accordingly utilising modelling and quantitative analysis

• Vast experience in either odds compiling and/or sports trading
• Statistical analysis and interpretation to compile market and betting opportunities
• Mathematical and strategic thinking
• Effective decision making, ability to make quick and accurate judgements under pressure
• Flexibility in working hours due to different sporting events
• Strongly motivated, to work individually or part of a team, without supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to analyse several streams of information concurrently and make thoughtful decisions in a highly timelysensitive environment
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Extensive understanding of team rotations, match importance, players, matchups and understanding how said information impacts projection
• Ability to react to change and embrace new trading models & technologies
