The Letting Partnership provide outsourced support to letting agents across the UK in the sphere of client money protection.

We are seeking exceptional and ambitious people to join our friendly and supportive Client Accounts team. Please note this is not a qualified accountancy role but a head for numbers is vital.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately receipting rents on account
  • Paying landlords daily
  • Protecting tenant's deposits
  • Ensuring compliance obligations are adhered to
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management
  • Playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships

Essential Skills:


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A head for numbers
  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm
  • On site working at our Worthing office
