JOB TITLE:
Credit Hire Specialist




HOURS:
Full Time - Hybrid

Salary:
£25,000-£35,000 DOE

Location:
Blackburn

YOUR NEW COMPANY:


A Newly Established Multi Practice law firm based in Blackburn with a combined experience of 25 years is looking to expand.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:


  • Working in the Road Traffic Accident department,
  • Handling Credit Hire files

CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF:


  • Claimant and defendant experience
  • Experience dealing with Credit Hire / Accident Management companies
  • Up to date with recent case law in relation to Credit Hire
  • Proficient working understanding of the MOJ Portal process.
  • RTA files handling experience and knowledge of Civil Procedure rules.
  • Proclaim case management experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Previous experience in civil litigation claims handling / as a legal fee earner or suitably qualified (ILEX, LPC etc);
