EZ Living Interiors are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join our team in our Belfast Store.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Ensure customers receive a high standard of support and that their needs are met.
  • Process customer complaints and strive to provide an appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Possess a good knowledge of the company products and services and have the ability to explain these to customers. This may include, but is not limited to, giving information about warranties, finance plans, product costs and delivery charges.
  • Manage paperwork relevant to the Customer Service role.
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and respond to customer queries.
  • Arrange callout and delivery diary for Service Technicians.
  • Carry out necessary adhoc administration duties.

The role requires:

  • An ability to work on your own initiative and develop the role within our ambitious business development plans.
  • Strong software skills: an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential and an understanding of Intact would be a bonus.
  • A good understanding of the wider business environment (sales, logistics, marketing and customers) and the pivotal importance of this role within that context.

The successful person will:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.
  • Disciplined and well organized with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrate good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.
