Service Advisor - Liverpool Area


Our client, the number one motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

Are you up for the challenge of working for the number one motor trade employer in UK as a Service Advisor?


Service Advisor overview:

  • As a Service Advisor you will the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, you will check vehicles in and out, liaise with your customers ensuring the best possible customer experience and securing future work as necessary.
  • Dealing with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • To carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
  • You will also be required to promote additional products and services as well as working with the Workshop Controller and the Service Manager.
  • Must have experience in the role as an automotive Service Advisor.

Salary:
£30,000 basic

£3,000 bonus + TONS of overtime available

Working Days/Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

1 in 4 Saturday mornings
