Spencers Car Sales has an exciting role available for an ambitious and driven individual to be the Business owners
PA / Bookeeper & Accounts Administrator.
The position we're offering is on a full-time basis.
The successful applicant will be working with the business owner based at Spencers Car Sales in Rackheath but will include managing a variety of the owners business's.
Your responsibilites will include:
- Manage outlook mailbox including inbox management and calender scheduling appointments on behalf of the director
- Process and respond to incoming correspondence, including screening telephone calls
- Organizing meetings / prepare meetings, meeting agendas and take minutes
- Booking / accounts with sage experience is essential
- Produce VAT returns / payment run via bankline
- PAYE
- Microsoft office skills
- Assistance with editing and drafting documents
- Liasing with third parties
- Day to day management of all finance functions for Spencers Car Sales & Other businesses alongside the Director of the business.
- Year End processes and liaising with the Auditors
- Month end closure of ledgers and provide MI pack to Director to trial balance
- Sales Invoicing
- Business to business credit control
- Conducting complex investigations through to resolution
- Maintain/Check integration between management system and SAGE
- Acting as point of contact for client credit issues
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Supplier bacs payment run
- Staff management, training and appraisals.
- Implement new working procedures
- Forge strong working relations with colleagues and clients
Job Type:
FULL TIME 08.30am to 17.30pm
