An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated financial adviser to join an established Senior Partner Practice of St. James's Place based in Bristol with clients across the South of England.
We are looking for an Employed Financial Adviser to service an existing client bank and provide high quality, holistic financial advice to help them meet their ongoing financial objectives.
We are a friendly and dynamic team of six financial advisers, full admin support and in-house paraplanners who will all be there to support you.
THE ROLE
- Employed Financial Adviser
- Existing client book provided
- Conduct review meetings with existing client bank on zoom or facetoface
- Uptodate knowledge and understanding of investment markets
- Ability to work with Voyant and Analytics
- Prepare financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals
- Build strong relationships and trust to retain existing clients
- Generate new business and build introducer relationships
- Hybrid working
- Bristol office and home working
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Diploma Level 4 Qualified
- Ideally Chartered or looking to achieve Chartered status
- Experience in offering holistic financial advice
- Proven track record of success and achievements
- Experience of managing and retaining a client book
- Ability to generate new business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of global investment markets
- Uptodate knowledge of FCA requirements
- Keep uptodate with new product, technical or legislative changes
- Ability to analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations
- Driving license and own car needed
- Basic salary between £58,000£63,000
- Bonuses based on retention and new business
