Personal specification:

At least 1 years' experience within residential sales
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a selfstarter
Must be personable and approachable
Good computer skills
Full UK driving licence.

The
salary for this role will include a
basic of up to £24,000
plus on target earnings of £
35,000 to £45,000** depending on previous experience and performance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm & you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.

You will get **a day back in lieu for every Saturday worked, so you will only ever be working a 5 day week.
