Do you have experience of administration or aftersales in retail?

As an Aftersales Administrator you will focus on the Aftersales part of the showroom, ensuring the administration is kept in line with company procedures.

You will act as a guarantor of excellence in service and deliver a luxury Client Experience through the Aftersales journey.


Working alongside other Administrators, you will be a dedicated and committed team player offering support to both the back office and the showroom floor.

You will be part of delivering an excellent client service across the showroom and ensuring everyone has an amazing luxury experience with Watches of Switzerland.


About You

  • Experience in an Administrator role within a retail environment
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with handling after sales and repairs
  • A great communicator with a natural flair for striking up conversation
  • Eager to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge
  • A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
  • Strong business acumen and an interest in fine watches
