Application Support
Location - Hybrid working. 1-2 days in the office, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent.

Hours - Full Time 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Salary - £30 - 35k

**An outline of your responsibilities as an
Application Support

  • Driving efficiencies across the suite of products by performing software analyses, improving functionality, and contributing to the release of other system enhancements.
  • Configuring, upgrading, and installing IT software for the intended use and audience of both back office and mobile users across the business.
  • Operate constant maintenance programmes to help reduce failures in hardware and software; ensuring appropriate "housekeeping" tasks are followed.
  • Provide support and guidance to all staff and business operations in the use of IT

About you


You will have previous experience as an Application Support or an end users support role and preferably experience of Office 365 and SQL.

You will be supporting our colleagues in using our internal systems; Oneserve, COINS & People HR, we understand that you may not have knowledge of these niche systems but experience in supporting similar platforms is essential to help you succeed in this role.

If you have a methodical and analytical approach to solving problems and confident that you can provide a great customer experience for our colleagues, this role could be great for you.
