Personnel Selection has been established since 1971 and is the leading local independent recruitment agency with our Frimley Branch supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff to clients across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

We can offer Monday to Friday working hours of 8.30am - 5pm with hybrid working arrangements. We offer holidays that rise by 1 day per year and also give you your birthday off too With an attractive basic salary on offer to reflect your experience, coupledwith a very generous commission structure that is threshold free, uncapped and pays out on both individual and branch performance

As one of our team your role of Recruitment Coordinator will cover the following duties: Account management of an existing client base across commercial and industrial vacancies and temporary bookings.


  • Supporting Branch Manager and Recruitment Consultants with administrative tasks such as writing a captivating advert, postings jobs across various job boards, managing CV responses, skilfully resourcing and CV searching and coordinating the interview processthrough to a successful offer.


To be successful within our Frimley team you should have previous experience working from home within a client focussed customer service, sales or sales support role or have experience within recruitment but be looking for a new challenge in role that isvaried covering account management, sales support and administration but doesn't involve the hard sales approach.

You will ideally be educated to A Level standard or equivalent and have your own car.

You should have excellent communication skills, both writtenand verbal, be highly organised with great attention to detail and be fully PC literate across Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMS.
