Throughout the year its state-of-the-art venue and concert facilities play host to a multitude of unique and inspiring acts and artists.

We are seeking hardworking, customer focused people to work casually as part of the front of house usher team across all of the college's performance venues.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, duties will include checking tickets, helping to seat patrons, selling programs and artist merchandise when applicable, being proactive responding to customer needs, providing critical support in the event of an evacuation, and ensuring the highest levels of venue professionalism are delivered.

Excellent customer service skills are required for this role.

Casual working arrangements (under which there is no enforceable obligation to either provide or do work) give flexibility and so are mutually beneficial for both the College and individuals.

The College requires casual workers and it is therefore entering into this agreement to record the terms on which a casual work relationship is entered into.

Shifts times and hours of work are varied depending on upcoming performances.
