What you'll do


As Demand Planning & Capacity Manager you will be responsible for maximising customer and operational value across Digital & IT ensuring capacity is available to meet demand, providing foresight of capacity trends and driving value for money with Vodafone's key partners.

You'll be working in an agile environment that is fast paced and exciting helping us to deliver value to Vodafone customers and will work closely with technical, delivery, and product teams to put us in the best possible position for the future.


  • You will manage the Digital & IT long range plan to ensure viability of demand from each business unit
  • You will maintain the alignment between business units, whilst identifying conflict, risk, or issues as appropriate
  • You will manage the impact of change in terms of timescales, cost and quality
  • You will support the lowlevel planning of business roadmaps
  • You will use data to track capacity metrics and reporting, including looking at automation processes across the function
  • You will work closely with Portfolio, PMO and Finance to articulate and manage Digital & IT Capex spend and reporting
  • You will ensure value is maximised from supplier relationships, whilst driving and promoting efficiency

Who you are

  • You will have a strong planning background and understanding of delivery
  • You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel, with tight delivery milestones
  • You will have strong numerical analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve and determine key patterns and trends
  • You will understand Agile ways of working
  • You will have the ability and comfortability to work with stakeholders at varying levels
