Overview:


Our client, a high-growth recruitment company is seeking to hire a Performance and Development (P&D) Manager in their fast paced London Office.

With offices in Germany, London and the US, the business is looking to increase headcount by 30% in 2023, makingit an extremely exciting time to join.


The P&D Manager will oversee the development of two (soon to be 3) L&D Consultants and will report directly to the CPO.

With a focus on building a high-performing and inclusive culture, this role will be split across team leadership, delivering management/leadershiptraining, and creating and adapting content and collateral.

This role has a huge focus on performance including review, reshaping and delivery / oversight of onboarding, support plans, promotions, and PDPs.


This role will take ownership of the rollout of the company's new LMS; including project-management, production of content and ensuring that the system is utilised to its full extent.

This role requires someone with an innovative and progressive approachto learning and development, not accepting the status quo.


Responsibilities:


  • Running multiple projects
  • Taking over the rollout of the LMS
  • Training Senior Consultants and Managers
  • Creating and refining content at all levels
  • Supporting the development of the L&D team
  • A big focus on performance management; ensuring that the sales team are performing at a level aligned with the company's goals and vision
  • Training through a number of mediums, including classroom sessions, deskbased support and 121 coaching.

Person specification

  • Experience of proactively using an LMS, ideally with some implementation / rollout input
  • At least 2 years in an L&D capacity, within a recruitment business
  • Ideally an exrecruiter
  • Ability / experience of running senior consultant / future leaders / leadership training
  • Has experience running multiple projects
