Plant Manager


We are recruiting an experienced Plant Manager to join our ever-growing engineering sector client who will be looking to further expand within the business.


Some Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the asset register to track income and expenditure monthly.
  • Obtaining quotes and signing off on finance.
  • Vehicle maintenance for the fleet of vehicles that are outbound. This would include, license checks, MOTs, recording vehicle defects, arranging trackers to be fitted and managing breakdown covers.
  • Plan routes and jobs for fieldbased engineers.
  • Ordering parts
  • Booking servicing LOLER certs
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed for machine movements and that all is actioned on the internal systems.
  • Track that all audits are being completed as per schedule and timeframe.

  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
  • Clear communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Positive and "Can do" attitude.
  • Very good attention to detail
