Your role will be a vital one, providing support to our sales team in a variety of areas, including customer service, order processing, and sales administration.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing outstanding customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Managing the sales database and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and uptodate.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and timely delivery of products and services.
Participating in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to help identify new business opportunities and ways to improve our sales process.

Salary:
From £11.30 per hour
