Order Management Specialist - maternity cover 10-12 months

Order Management are the next step in the customers journey after sales, providing the customer with all the tools they need to continue their journey with TTNM.

The team have a great range of experiences and skills and are always keen to help promote continuous learning.

After the Sales team, the Order Management team gives the customer the tools to continue their journey and relationship with Teletrac Navman.

Between them, the team has a range of experiences and skills and their openness creates an environment where you can learn.

This role is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance, to provide a smooth order management experience and provides you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our customer journey and the varied teams.

What you'll be doing as Order Management Specialist:Working with accuracy and providing exceptional customer service you'll be key in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and maintaining our great CSAT scores.

For New Business:

Checking the orders received and entering them into the SAP system which can include:
Setting up the account: customer details, agreements and contracts, vehicles lists, multiple user login details

For Existing customers:

Processing addtofleet orders
Processing account renewals
Arranging hardware upgrades

ABOUT YOU

You'll be living a commutable distance from the office located in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work without the requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.

The hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - There is potential for this position to be Hybrid working once training has been completed.
