  • We are now looking for an Operations Assistant to join our busy team to help assist clients with their enquires.


You will be reasonable for attending to enquiries and clients within our Family department being the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you will also be responsible for all aspects of the firms new client compliance set up.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Monitor new leads
  • Opening new leads on our case management system
  • Assist Operations Manager with allocating cases
  • Contacting new leads, investigate client requirements including means and merit testing
  • Allocating suitable cases to appropriate team


For this position, you will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent attention to detail and have a practical and clam approach to problem solving.
