Sales Administrator

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Egham to cover maternity leave.


The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Processing daily sales orders on the company ERP system and maintaining spreadsheets for these and for returns and despatches.
  • Completion of works order processing ready for despatch of goods to freight forwarder and processing of invoices.
  • Dealing with general customer service enquiries
  • Processing returns and repairs through the company's systems
  • Having close relationship with freight forwarder to ensure all delivery paperwork is appropriate for shipments to clear customs

The Sales Administrator will have:

  • First class attention to detail and diligence.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel and ERPs
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational awareness
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Customerfocused attitude
