Sales AdministratorCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Egham to cover maternity leave.
The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Processing daily sales orders on the company ERP system and maintaining spreadsheets for these and for returns and despatches.
- Completion of works order processing ready for despatch of goods to freight forwarder and processing of invoices.
- Dealing with general customer service enquiries
- Processing returns and repairs through the company's systems
- Having close relationship with freight forwarder to ensure all delivery paperwork is appropriate for shipments to clear customs
The Sales Administrator will have:
- First class attention to detail and diligence.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel and ERPs
- Good communication skills
- Organisational awareness
- Good relationship building skills
- Customerfocused attitude
