Head of Demand Generation
We're looking for a talented demand generation focused marketing leader to guide our marketing organisation to even greater success. You'll work alongside our co-founder and CMO to drive our commercial success.


The role

  • Own Enterprise focused strategy across US and Europe, leveraging our existing data and relationships based on a tight ICP and tiered prospect list
  • Work with senior leaders in the business across all geographies
  • Ongoing review of data (qual and quant) to find areas of improvement and optimisation across marketing and sales.
  • Conversion rate optimisation: own objectives across the marketing funnel, track and optimise performance at each stage in the funnel, and create a predictable demand generation engine. Continually optimise online and offline programmes to ensure CAC is in line with ROI goals.
  • Coordination with the Sales team to ensure effective lead nurture, scoring, enrichment and conversion.
  • Managing agency and advertising partnerships.
  • Oversee the management of ABM software campaigns(6Sense) in targeting ICP companies and ensuring they are moving through the funnel to the sales team.
  • Work with a martech & analytics contractor to use data and analytics tools to introduce measurable tests to improve win rates and performance.
  • Maximise the lead generation potential of the Talentful website
  • Oversee management of brand and performance paid acquisition LinkedIn, Display, PPC, Content Marketing.
  • Coordinate with Events teams to optimise the performance event assets
  • Manage a Marketing Executive to execute on campaigns
