    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our workshop team at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent in Rugby.

    As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking all wiring, mechanical/hydraulic assembly and inspection of Acklea products as directed in technical drawings and customer specifications.

    The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and demonstrated experience of auto electrics / mechanics.

    You will also be required to assist other trade personnel as needed, undertake maintenance, inspection and repair activities at customer depots, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake all wiring, mechanical/hydraulic assembly and inspection of Acklea products as directed in technical drawings and customer specifications.
    • Assist other trade personnel as required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
    • Undertake maintenance, inspection and repair activities at customer depots as directed by the Workshop Supervisor or the Workshop Manager.
    • Undertake general workshop duties.
    • Other duties that may be required from time to time by the Company.

    Requirements

    • A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
    • 6 points or fewer on your driving licence (for insurance purposes).
    • Aged 21 or above (for insurance purposes).
    • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
    • Demonstrated experience of auto electrics / mechanics desired.

    Working Hours

    45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 with overtime opportunities available.
