The Tile and Bathroom Company are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual to add to an already fantastic team in our newly opened showroom.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Experience with Excel and scheduling software. Experience with EQ or TrueBlue is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
  • Experience in the home improvements sector would be preffered but is not necessary as training will be provided.

This role offers a fantastic 7 hour work day between 10-5 with a the addition of 2 late night Thursday's every second week till 7.

Going forward the possibility for further hours will be available.
