Description

Offering 1st and 2nd Line Support, you will be a motivated, a natural problem solver, and have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service.

The successful applicant will need to go through a Disclosure and Barring Service ( DBS ) check.


Technical Skills Required:


  • Switches, LAN, WAN
  • Active Directory
  • Handson experience of Windows OS (Desktop & Server).


  • Microsoft 36

  • Experience with managing Apple devices specifically iOS and OSX

Experience Required:


  • 1 to 2 years demonstrable experience supporting internal IT users both remotely and deskside
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities
  • A proven problem solver
  • Able to deliver and troubleshoot
  • Adaptable & flexible
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills

Package:


  • Rate: £150 £250 per day (negotiable)
  • Duration: Rolling contract / possibly temp to perm option
  • Start: ASAP / immediate start with interview happening
  • Location: Staffordshire, Rocester/Uttoxeter
