IT Support Technician - Rocester, United Kingdom - Cordius Ltd

Offering 1st and 2nd Line Support, you will be a motivated, a natural problem solver, and have a passion for technology and provide outstanding customer service.
The successful applicant will need to go through a Disclosure and Barring Service ( DBS ) check.Technical Skills Required:
- Switches, LAN, WAN
- Active Directory
- Handson experience of Windows OS (Desktop & Server).
- Microsoft 36
- Experience with managing Apple devices specifically iOS and OSX
Experience Required:
- 1 to 2 years demonstrable experience supporting internal IT users both remotely and deskside
- Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities
- A proven problem solver
- Able to deliver and troubleshoot
- Adaptable & flexible
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
Package:
- Rate: £150 £250 per day (negotiable)
- Duration: Rolling contract / possibly temp to perm option
- Start: ASAP / immediate start with interview happening
- Location: Staffordshire, Rocester/Uttoxeter
