This is a full-time role however job shares are welcome to apply.

This role is integral to the delivery of strategic and operational HR aims and objectives inline with wider strategy.

This role involves overseeing the HR Operations team and the Information and Systems Team.

Together they provide an important range of recruitment services, Employment lifecycle support, Analytical and data provision which are essential for the deliveryof people related activity.

You will need strong experience and knowledge of these areas:

  • Resourcing strategies and processes;
  • Operational HR support services;
  • Planning and analytical optimisation;
  • Equality, diversity & inclusion;
  • Employment law;
  • Leading a team to deliver a customer focussed, legally compliant and proactive range of services.
  • Experience in change and continuous improvement
  • Able to create, implement and improve systems and processes.
  • An experienced people manager and coach to help the team reach their full potential.
