What We Do
We offer a fully client based serviced approach to investing in properties. We acquire properties from the open market, renovate them to a set standard and specification, pass them onto our lettings department for maintenance and management and we resell to investors


We have our Property Surveying Department, Renovations Department, Lettings & Maintenance Department, Legal Department and relevant Sales & Marketing Departments etc.

We do everything in-company.

We are expanding and are looking for new recruits - we have recently moved to a brand new fully refurbished larger office as a result of this expansion.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the purchase of all building materials for both the Renovations and Maintenance Departments.

  • Planning and managing stock deployment according to projected client use as per client consumption, for delivery of product and/or accessories to any site
  • Coordinating effectively, multiple deliveries to varied sites
  • Problem solving or answering client/customer questions effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Placing orders for product and/or accessories to a supplier.
  • Comparison / reconciliation of stock between warehouses, monthly stock reports to stock held on system
  • Liaise with management on warehouse stock holding, resolving stock discrepancies
  • Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods, audit warehouse stock against system, notify management of any inaccuracies and condition of product storage at warehouse/distribution facilities.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Highlight to management any product located in an office or warehouse which is redundant
  • Highlight to management any product due to expire within 6 months or less, or which has expired.
  • Carry out analysis in order to create accurate stock projections for individual ships requirements.
  • Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.
  • Manage the inbound delivery and collection process of customer owned stock from other UK Merchants
  • Handling of stock related queries
