We have extensive experience delivering food and bar operations at large music festivals, premium events, and fixed venues, with crowds spanning from 10,000 to over 100,000 across the UK and Ireland.
We are recognised as market leading in creating unique and engaging environments in the most unlikely and challenging of locations.
We operate at over 100 events a year, working in close partnership with festival promoters and prestigious sporting venues.The Role
Your role as Operations Supervisor will be to work within our operations department providing support for the Operations managers.
The role will be located throughout the UK and Ireland and most of your time throughout high season will be working in the field at major festivals and events.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing general operational protocols at our outdoor events such as Leeds and Reading Festival, Wireless and Isle of Wight Festival to name but a few.
Low season, you'll be based at one of our hubs, conducting maintenance/service works on assets and helping to drive any new projects to keep us top of our game.
High Season will consist of working within the Operations teams, very much focused on overseeing the 'Build-Live-Strike' phases during events, ensuring compliance to the highest of standards.
Salary:
£25,000 per annum pro-rata (Negotiable depending on experience)
Location:
Wigan/Manchester & Multiple sites across UK and Ireland

- Monday to Friday
Site Hours - Flexes with hours of event
Reports to:
Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for any operational processes assigned
- The loading and unloading of event kit pre and post
- Maintaining all in house kit
- Supervise and lead teams onsite at events
- Provide support to Operational managers
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Organised
- Working to Deadlines
- Comfortable functioning in physical environments
- Experience in high volume fast paced environments
- Stamina to work long hours on festival sites, often late at nights
- Willing to travel to events
- Team player
- Hold a full UK Driving license
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Bar experience ideal but not necessary
- Experience working & operating forklifts
