Description

The Company

We have extensive experience delivering food and bar operations at large music festivals, premium events, and fixed venues, with crowds spanning from 10,000 to over 100,000 across the UK and Ireland.

We are recognised as market leading in creating unique and engaging environments in the most unlikely and challenging of locations.

We operate at over 100 events a year, working in close partnership with festival promoters and prestigious sporting venues.

The Role
Your role as Operations Supervisor will be to work within our operations department providing support for the Operations managers.

The role will be located throughout the UK and Ireland and most of your time throughout high season will be working in the field at major festivals and events.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing general operational protocols at our outdoor events such as Leeds and Reading Festival, Wireless and Isle of Wight Festival to name but a few.

Low season, you'll be based at one of our hubs, conducting maintenance/service works on assets and helping to drive any new projects to keep us top of our game.

Storing well maintained kit will allow for premium picking, loading, and delivery into our events. Meeting deadlines is a must.
