We're Hiring a Superstar Production Assistant
Are you a master of organisation and attention to detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
Master of Notes:
Attend team meetings, capture the highlights, distribute action points, and create documentation that's clear for everyone. Think _Production for Dummies. _
Track the good, bad and the ugly: Update team trackers and planners using Jira, making sure our projects stay on track and flag any issues.
Creative problem solving:
Maybe you can even solve the issues. Come up with proactive suggestions to help move projects along smoothly.
Rally everyone up:
Organise company-wide testing for the Gemba app, ensuring it's running smoothly for our users.
Be the glue that holds it all together: Keep multiple projects seamlessly running like a well-oiled machine, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Fun for everyone:
Put your event-planning skills to work by organising unforgettable monthly team events and meetings.
**Requirements: Time-management Jedi: Excellent organisational and time-management skills to keep up with the fast-paced nature of our world.
Confident communicator:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, because words are your secret weapon to get things done.
Need for speed:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. You thrive in the fast lane
Tech-savvy hero: Experience using Jira will put you ahead of the pack, and being IT literate (Microsoft Office) is a must.

Location:
London (onsite 5 days per week during probation)
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
