The post of Quality Governance and Risk Coordinator will work with the WTWA Quality Governance and Risk Team, and the Clinical divisions, and have responsibility for the co-ordination of clinical governance activity, directly supporting divisional teams and services.


You will support the promotion and facilitation of the development of effective quality governance, risk and assurance within clinical divisions, including the implementing and monitoring of incident management process, and providing support to the divisions with the co-ordination, implementation and delivery of the corporate Clinical Governance agenda.


You will have previous experience of clinical governance, and an ability to work flexibly and responsively to the needs of the service and the wider hospital.

The role will involve working closely with the Divisional Leadership Teams, to achieve the WTWA clinical governance objectives for Achieving Excellence.


This involves the promotion and facilitation of the development of effective clinical governance, risk and assurance across the clinical divisions.

This also includes the implementing and monitoring the incident management process, and providing support to the division with the co-ordination, implementation and delivery of the corporate Clinical Governance agenda.
