Duties for this role include:


  • To provide quality handover documentation and transition to BAU activity of onboarded systems, as well as system upgrades.
  • Assist the Business Analysis team in data gathering and translation of user stories into deliverables.
  • Ownership of subtasks from project work, with feedback to the project team and control of any slippage.
Main duties of the job

Communications and Relationships

  • Provide and receive complex information;
  • Communicates complicated, difficult to explain IM&T issues to non IM&T staff/suppliers.
  • To liaise with suppliers and peers on complex technical issues to ensure a successful resolution.
  • A friendly professional and cooperative approach to all users is required when providing support.
Analytical and Judgmental Skills

  • Complex facts or situations requiring analysis, interpretation, comparison of a range of options.
Planning & Organisational Skills

  • To plan and organise multiple activities some of which are ongoing.
  • Planning tasks and activities which may require adjustment due to workload and trust priorities and complex newly discovered issues.
