CNC miller or Turner setter operators
To work permanent nights

Very competitive rates of pay depending on experience

39 hours per week, shift allowance of time and 1/3rd included

15:45- 02:00 Monday to Thursday


An overview of the duties of the CNC Setter:

• Duties involve the setting and operation of Fanuc and Haas Controlled Lathes and milling machines
• Calling up pre written programmes, then fully setup the machine including tooling, jigs, fixtures, speeds and feeds
• Producing small to medium batch work Carbon alloys, stainless steels, aluminum and brass.
• Producing work for various industries including food and beverage, automation, oil and gas.
• Working from engineering drawings to check off parts to tight tolerances
• Experience within an manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set and operate Fanuc and Haas controlled CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of CNC milling or turning processes
• Be able to work drawings and carry out regular inspections of parts

Salary:
£18.62-£19.95 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
