Description

As a Commercial Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial operations of the company, focusing on maximizing profitability and efficiency across various aspects of the business.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth. Analyzing market data to make informed decisions regarding product offerings, pricing strategies, and target demographics.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's objectives. Contributing insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and achieve revenue targets.

Contract Management: Managing contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Negotiating terms and conditions to optimize profitability while minimizing risks. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Analysis: Monitoring financial performance metrics and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Product Development: Working closely with product development teams to conceptualize and launch new products or services. Conducting market feasibility studies, assessing customer feedback, and defining product specifications to meet market demand.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Marketing Support: Providing support to the marketing department in developing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and go-to-market strategies. Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, sales presentations, and advertising materials.

Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports and performance dashboards to track commercial activities, sales performance, and financial results. Presenting findings to senior management and providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive business growth initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement. Implementing best practices and recommending innovative solutions to improve overall commercial effectiveness.

Pay:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
