Description

A global asset manager is seeking to hire an Investment Specialist to join the Global Fixed Income investment team.

This role will act as a vital link between investment and sales & marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with internal stakeholders building strong relationships with Portfolio Managers, Sales and Marketing team
Direct contact with clients and consultants on any investment related queries thus needing in depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products and capabilities
Developing and promoting the fixed income strategies both internally and externally
Involved in the production of detailed investment related materials
Conduct competitor analysis and help identify strategy positioning and pricing opportunities
35 relevant industry experience
Ability to present and communicate with key stakeholders within the business
Strong interest in fixed income investing
Strong academic background
Professional qualifications such as CFA would be advantageous
Personable character with the ability to foster good working relationships with other individuals
Hardworking and energetic individual
