Operation Leader - Maintenance Technicians

What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing a team of technicians in a fastpaced environment
Providing updates to the Area Manager and forecast completion of reactive work
Complete forward planning of works to maximise project efficiency and resolve issues early
Liaising and managing communications with external customers regarding machine maintenance
Providing an overview of HV (High Voltage) maintenance

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

Experience as an Electrical Technician
Proven Team Leadership Experience
HNC minimum qualification

Desirable:

CNC knowledge
Degree qualified in electrical engineering or instrumentation
Overview of HV (high voltage) maintenance knowledge/awareness

The Operations team:

As the Leader of Maintenance Technicians, you will be running the top yard and central yard maintenance teams, with the prospect of the team to grown in the future.

This is a small but crucial team to minimise downtime and support keeping projects moving forward. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations and working with the internal management team. This will be a people focused role, with engagement between customers and 3rd party vendors and contractors.
