Programme Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Act as receptionist for the department, addressing any queries and redirecting where necessary.
- Support academic processes, including enrolment and events.
- Manage and address student inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate data on the website and databases.
- Undertake adhoc administrative duties as required.
