Client Overview

  • Our Client is a leading SAP provider and consulting partner across a customer's extended supply chain. Headquartered in the UK,
  • Client provides a highlyskilled onshore team of 50+ experts that bring together all the essential skills to deliver successful SAP digital supply chain and operational transformation projects.

Focus of the role:attention to detail, proofreading, precision and being a fast learner passionate about content writing, data management and basic graphic design and video editing. Being a good team player with positive and respectful attitude is also fundamental.


Primary objective:


Compulsory Skills:


  • Proofreading, with impeccable grammar skills.
  • Writing (different forms of content: social media drafts, newsletter drafts, blogs etc.).
  • Extreme attention to detail and precision.
  • Graphic Design: must have 'graphic eye' for creation of brandnew graphics for YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, company newsletter, etc.
  • Basic Video Editing skills: being literate in basic video editing requirements (e.g., techniques of continuity editing), and being able to proficiently edit short videos.
  • Writing and proofreading, with impeccable grammar skills.
  • Data Management: monitoring and reporting stats against KPIs.
  • Extreme attention to detail and precision.
  • Ideal expertise in social media for B2B marketing activities (focus on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube).
  • Fast Learner.

Tasks:


  • Follow the given guidelines to draft and proofread social media posts, newsletter drafts, blogs, and other written content.
  • Check and edit website (e.g., review and correct mistakes on webpages, create new webpages, curate formatting and design).
  • Edit new AIgenerated and/or traditional videos.
  • Assist in maintaining contact records and communication history.
  • Aid in gathering data and information for content planning and distribution channels.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks such as image selection, design, and formatting.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination tasks.
  • Help with logistics and event materials preparation.
  • Support data collection and basic analysis tasks.
  • Use of social media for B2B marketing activities (focus on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
  • Keep track and report on content performances, monitoring stats.
  • Support video creation by assisting with filming and basic editing.
  • Support in organizing and maintaining the content storage system.
  • Help with content retrieval and distribution.
  • Help nurture relationships with customers and internal team members.

Experience / Competencies Required:


  • Advanced education in Graphic Design, including relevant courses and degrees.
  • Advanced education in Basic Video Editing, including relevant courses and degrees.
  • Advanced education in Marketing, but with demonstrable experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
  • Ideal 35 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable grammar skills.
  • Team Player with a passion for digital content, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Excellent use of Canva.
  • Excellent use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Must be a fast learner.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  • Preferable: HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
