We also run events and community groups to bring the home outside and ensure no one feels alone.Our dedicated team work across North Devon to create new opportunities for local people by supporting the delivery of our new build development and regeneration projects.
We are now looking for a Development Co-ordinator to join our Development Team on a full-time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week.

As a Development Co-ordinator, you will support the delivery of our new build development and regeneration projects. You will also be involved with the sales or properties, organising shared ownership and right to buy/acquire processes.
You will support handover processes and process documentation for new properties and co-ordinate any defect management processes through to completion.
Additionally, you will assist with commercial property activities, support leasehold, shared ownership and commercial properties in their day-to-day management.Your role will also involve:
- Compiling mail merges for customer communications
- Cost monitoring activities
- Audit preparation work
- Admin duties such as documentation management and filing
About You
To be considered as a Development Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment
- A methodical and well organised approach to work, with attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritise workloads and meet performance targets
