Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established, nationwide property management company.

Our client is currently looking for Caretakers to provide ongoing maintenance support across the portfolio of properties in the South London area.

In return you will receive excellent employee benefits such as a company vehicle, company phone, regular overtime and not to mention a competitive salary of up to c£28,000.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and tidy
Conduct regular fire alarm and emergency light testing
Maintain the surrounding areas, such as gardens, footpaths and driveway areas
Comply with company health and safety policy
Thoroughly report any maintenance issues found

Skills & Experience

General trade related maintenance skills and experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Flexibility with overtime and occasional emergency call outs
