The Opportunity


MPB is seeking a dynamic, technical and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO and, to a lesser extent, the wider executive team.

This role is critical in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and the smooth operation of executive-level functions.

3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.


Key Responsibilities

CEO Support:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Read, download and distill essential business information, passing on key takeaways and recommendations to the CEO
  • Attend meetings with the CEO as needed, taking notes, and ensuring followup on action items.

Executive Team Support:


  • Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting followups.

Travel and Event Coordination:


  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the Exec team, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and offsites.

Reception:


  • Greet external visitors for the CEO & Exec
  • Work with the office manager to help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for all team members

Confidentiality:


  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Apple Mac, Slack and Google mail and documents
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detailoriented with a proactive and problemsolving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
