Contract Monitoring and Compliance Lead - Swalwell, United Kingdom - NECA
Description
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient operational systems, processes, and policies across the organisation in order to support and underpin the effective management and performance of our services.
Ensuring services are being delivered in line with their contractual obligations, good practice guidance and within appropriate regulatory frameworks e.g.
the Care Quality Commission.As well as coordinating the monitoring, review and reporting of service KPI's, outcomes and outputs in line with commissioned and grant funded services.
Office base at Swalwell - Newcastle.
