About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer within the Finance team.
You will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of supplier documentation (invoices, credit notes, expense claims), timely payment of suppliers along with updating the ledger for all payments.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and processes daily/weekly pay runs ensuring that they are processed in a timely manner for all relevant Group entities;
- Reconciliation of all accounts within areas of responsibility;
- Ensure robust internal controls are maintained within areas of responsibility;
- Ensure highquality and uptodate procedure documents are maintained for areas of responsibility;
- Processes all employee expense claims in a timely manner;
- Participate in ad hoc duties + projects as they present within the team;
- Liaise with staff across the organisation regarding supplier service and invoice payment requests; and
- Ensuring sufficient liquidity in operational accounts for payments liaising with other finance and investment colleagues.
Role Requirements:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years relevant Accounts Payable experience;
- Possess strong administrative skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Be selfmotivated and highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work;
- Be efficient, with excellent attention to detail;
- Work well as part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Working to strict deadlines; and
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 accounts would be an advantage.
