Package:
Competitive basic salary + up to 20% bonus
Working:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location:
Primarily remote working with infrequent travel as required to HQ Winnersh (RG41) and Europe
As International Growth Specialist for Advantage Snollan, you will help us develop growth capabilities across multiple markets and win large pitch opportunities.
Key to this role will be the ability to tell compelling commercial stories, to effectively manage projects and take ownership of key growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of winning, compliant and profitable bid responses multimarket / multiagency and large (c.£1m+) and / or strategically important bids, primarily focused in sales and merchandising
- Potential of being the primary point of contact with the client throughout the process
- Support Growth Director on the implementation of growth strategy as required
- Access to professional design capability for document design
- Manage self your impact on a relationship with the bid team, their energy levels, personability, presentability, language and overall professionalism
- Manage internal clients support the internal team, asking probing questions, challenging assumptions, pulling out key requirements etc.
- Manage logistics of the process be on top of every aspect of whatever step of the process, holding the big picture of the bid alongside meticulous attention to detail
- Clients champion the client's viewpoint, ensure the bid team reflect on the buyer's experience, advocate the customer's needs, address all commercial issues, challenge the team in the interests of the bid
Requirements:
- Persuade busy people to contribute to project or bid
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Plan, draft, edit and produce documents under pressure
- Organise meetings, briefings, debriefings, panel reviews, rehearsals and coordinate multiple participants
- Review and summarise long complex documents (eg RFP)
- Get on with people, regardless of their role or position
- Edit someone else's text (and justify the edits)
- Manage deadlines (preempt roadblocks, barriers and dependencies)
- Manage detail (while holding the big picture in your head)
- Lead meetings
- Motivate (and prod) staff to deliver text on time
- Be able to organise yourself and others
