Your responsibilities will span various governance facets, including incident management and compliance monitoring, involving thorough investigation and detailed reporting.

With a primary focus on enhancing patient and staff safety, the role demands strong communication and influencing skills to drive positive change.

You'll play a crucial part in fostering a supportive environment aligned with the values of the SCS/SMR Governance Team and the broader Trust.


These competencies include effective engagement with diverse professional cohorts, collaboration within a small team, active participation in governance discussions during multidisciplinary meetings, offering well-rounded perspectives on governance matters, and providing sound clinical and professional guidance to peers.

Proficiency in computer usage, along with strong critical analysis and report writing skills, is essential.
