Job Overview:

Milestone Technologies is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator in London, England.

How You Will Make an Impact
The project coordinator will assist our client by providing support with the following programs:

Coordinate the client's Partner-led Train the Trainer program including event coordinating, scheduling, communication, and attendance at training events if needed.
Coordinate client's trainertopartner relationship building event(s), including scheduling, communication, and attendance at event(s) if needed
Coordinate client's partnerled GEG trainings, including coordination, scheduling and communication.
Coordinate partnerled AI trainings, including scheduling, communication, and attendance if needed
Organize and coordinate client's "Partners training Googlers" program in EMEA, including collecting topic ideas from client's partners and votes from clients, verifying the training materials and providing feedback, then scheduling and attending the training sessions.
Assistance with spotlight partner submissions for regionspecific Google for Education newsletters if needed.
Manage client's PD Partner directory list / PDF (updated list monthly and republish)
Ongoing support for Champions Programs, GEGs, Ref Schools including onboarding of new members, event logistics, troubleshooting community issues, and drafting and sending community comms.

What You Will Need to Succeed

High School diploma or GED required
12 years experience with project coordination
Proficiency with Google & GSuite
Knowledge of process and procedures development
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Background in EDU a plus

Estimated Pay Range:
