Description

We are seeking to appoint an established leader in the field of translational immunology, to join the CAMS China Oxford Institute, within the Nuffield Department of Medicine.


It is essential that you hold a relevant PhD/DPhil, with significant experience at a senior level, and have recognised international authority within the area of cancer signalling.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively with the academic community to identify new opportunities in Translational Immunology. It is essential you have a successful track record of attracting and managing significant research income, upwards of £500,000.

You will have an outstanding publication record, and a strong leadership record, with skills necessary to run a programme of research and manage and motivate a team of scientists.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator, both written and oral, with the ability to present to the scientific community and the lay public.


This position is offered full time on a fixed term contract for 5 years and is funded by CAMS Core Grant.
