Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a full-time position based in our office in London.Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy

From £25,884.05 per year
