The Company:

An exciting opportunity for an
Accounts Assistantto join a Fashion Supplier. You will be working in the Accounts team & supporting the Financial Controller with the day-to-day accounts administration. This is an office-based role & theworking hours are Monday to Friday

The Role:

Assist with the efficient running of the finance function.
Purchase Ledger duties.
Processing invoices.
Payment runs.
Reviewing statements.
Bank reconciliations.
Managing the Sales Ledger.
Raising invoices.
Credit control.
Supporting with Journals, VAT returns, month end returns
Processing payments & resolving queries.
Processing import documents.
Liaising with suppliers in the UK & Far East.
Other duties as required.

Skills Required:

MUST have recent knowledge of working in a varied finance role.
Have knowledge of sage line 50.
Ideally have ACA or ATT qualifications.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
Highly organised with good time management skills.
