Marketing Manager / Content and Events manager / Marketing and Communications Manager need by a investment and innovation firm that are reimagining how businesses scale by using an innovative approach where everyone wins: the consumer, the company, peopleand the planet.

The role sits within the firm's small but mighty marketing team, where everyone is incredibly collaborative and hands on across content and events.

It will also offer a lot of variety as the organisation brings their new identity to life across all touchpoints(social, website, internal communications, presentations, events and podcast etc).

The Marketing Manager / Content and Events manager / Marketing and Communications Manager will:

Be responsible for managing the website content updates.
Deliver an on brand, consistent content calendar and monitor social channels to ensure engagement and followers continue to rise.
Help identify opportunities and plan event/conference strategies, doing your part to make sure you're getting the most out of every opportunity, tailoring outputs for maximum reach.
Utilise your digital marketing skills to digital marketing experience/skills to analyse and report on content performance.

The Marketing Manager / Content and Events manager / Marketing and Communications Manager must have:

Proven experience within a B2B start up and scale up environment.
Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Great copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
An analytical approach to things

Hands on experience with the following tools: Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, StoryBlok for the website.
